0.2.08 - Speed Improvements

Please update to this version as soon as possible.  The search and download speeds are significantly improved and now avoid an approach that is likely to start affecting performance as soon as the end of November.   For now, previous versions will continue to work, but I would recommend updating as soon as possible.  Another update with new features should be on the way soon!
